Service Levels and Costs
Our services include a FREE safety inspection of your bike.
Parts are extra but all oils, grease and cleaning fluids are included FREE.
We are glad to offer you advice on what type of service is best for you.
Puncture Service
£16+
We offer a mobile bike inner tube replacement service where we come to you anywhere in Brighton and Hove.
The cost and includes labour and your old tube replaced with a new one.
We will check the tyre and remove whatever caused the problem if its still there.
We can advise if you don't have particularly puncture resistant tyres or your current ones are worn and we can recommend a replacement.
( Some bikes such as E-bikes or bikes with internal gears or brakes that need re-assembly cost more )
Basic Service
£35
A safety check of your bicycle. This service makes sure your bike is road safe and is intended for bikes in overall good condition and needing adjustment.
Adjustment of gears and brakes to get them back into working order. Checks tightness of nuts and bolts, pedals and steering.
Checks bottom bracket , headset, and wheel hubs for play ( customer advised if loose).
Checks quick release or wheel nuts for safety.
Tyres inflated to the correct pressure, tyre wear checked.
Chain lubricated.
No cleaning.
Standard Service
£60
A more in-depth service, recommended if parts are worn and not working properly.
A more in depth service that includes everything in the Basic Service plus:
Cassette, chain, chainset, rear and front derailleur, degreased and lubricated.
Frame and fork wiped down and cleaned.
Wheels checked for play and cones tightened as required and wheels trued.
Test ride.
The labour for fitting some new parts is included, e.g. chain, cassette, brake pads, and cables.
